How to install replacement blades: Insert blades into the slot of the ferrule (the arrow head). Secure in place with the setscrew. Ensure that the blades rotate freely from open to closed. How to install shrink tubing: Place a single band over the tip with the blades fully enclosed in the slot. Slide the band down the ferrule until it is in the slot. Slide the band down the ferrule until it is in the retaining groove. The blades may move slightly. If the band does not stay in the retaining groove, use a heat source such as a pocket lighter or a hair dryer to shrink the band down. Care should be taken to not overheat the band.
CAUTION: This product is EXTREMELY sharp. Serious injury can occur if handled improperly. Please follow the instructions carefully.

"Blades on the 2.5 Shwacker are easy to replace. Just put fresh blades on my Shwackers last week and dropped a mature gobbler a few days later. This is probably my 6th bird with these heads. As always, the devastation these heads inflict on a turkey put him down quickly, severing his spine, both lungs and a wing."

A recurring problem I find
"A recurring problem I find with schwacker blades across their lineup is that they just arent sharp. Yes they will work out of the box, but in order to get the best performance out of them you need to hone them yourself. I deducted a second star because they dont come with more hunt plugs, just the shrink bands. One would think the replacement blade set for a broadhead designed to use the hunt plug system would come with more plugs. I much prefer the plugs to the bands."

"The 269 Levi Morgan broadheads are real killers. Deer didn't get more than 50 yards after hit and leave a good blood trail! The replacement blades are a must as the broadhead blades are pretty much destroyed. Don't care about the blades after shooting a deer but do care about buying replacement blades. Lancaster Archery sells the broadhead but doesn't sell the replacement blades. Bought some on EBay and went directly to Shwacker to buy my blades! Fast shipping from both and the exact replacement blades. Highly recommend this broadhead and use the Hunt-Ready plug to lock the blades. Shoots just like 125grain field point."
