TAC Vanes Adds Altra’s No Spine Technology to the LRP System

Tuesday, August 13, 2024 – Atlanta, GA – TAC Vanes, maker of the world’s most accurate vanes, announces the addition of the Altra .166 Centrum Premier Shaft to its highly popular LRP System. This patented system offers the ultimate precision for hunting, boasting the best-of-the-best parts and precision tuning from tip to tail.

“We are excited to partner with TAC Vanes and offer a curated arrow with industry leading specs and technologies,” said Altra Arrows Product Manager Daniel Karcher. “The LRP System matched with Altra’s No Spine Technology creates a truly unrivaled arrow system optimized with the hunter’s needs in mind.”

A revolution for hunting, TAC’s LRP System solves the current frustrations with the typical micro-diameter arrow with weakness in the connection point. With the LRP patented system, the Terminal Collar provides 2x the durability of standard 8-32 screw-in inserts. It also boasts an incredibly sleek look with all components fitting together seamlessly.

Each LRP arrow is built with the highest-quality components:

  • Swhacker LRP Broadhead: with blade-align and blade-lock technology, a reinforced ribbed ferrule, carbide chisel tip, and arced .032” blade thickness
  • Terminal Collar: for maximum strength and durability (2x the durability of standard 8-32 screw-in inserts)
  • TAC 2.75 Driver Vanes: for a straighter trajectory and optimum stiffness to reduce draff and maintain downrange speed
  • Altra 166 Micro Nocks: designed for a precise fit on all Altra 166 Arrows. Made of durable, impact resistant polycarbonate.
  • Altra .166 Centrum Premier Shafts: sets the mark for quality with industry leading straightness of .001” and includes Altra’s No Spine Technology.

“Every LRP arrow build has been hand-tuned and meticulously inspected for next-level precision you can feel, making it the most elite arrow build on the market.” said Keith Kelly, CEO, Kelly Products.
