Tuesday, Aug 6, 2024 – Atlanta, GA – TAC Vanes, maker of the world’s most accurate vanes, finished the 2024 tournament season strong at the ASA Delta McKenzie Classic in Cullman, AL with Team TAC shooters earning podium placements in the men’s and women’s open and known pro divisions.
In the Men’s Open Pro division, Mason Dowell took second place for the tournament shooting the TAC 2.75-inch Driver. Third-place finisher Dan McCarthy shot the TAC 2.25-inch Driver while locking up Shooter of the Year honors for the division in the process. TAC teammate Levi Morgan finished as runner-up for Shooter of the Year in the Men’s Open Pro Division.
In the Women’s Open Pro division, TAC shooters Emily McCarthy and Cara Kelly placed second and third respectively for the tournament, both shooting the TAC 2.25-inch Driver. Kelly also took Shooter of the Year honors for the division, while TAC teammate Sharon Wallace finished as runner-up.
In the Men’s Known Pro division, TAC shooter Matthew Burns took first place for the tournament shooting the TAC 2.25-inch Driver. Third-place finisher Jeff Raney shot the TAC 2.25-inch Driver. Meanwhile, TAC teammates James Lutz and Curtis Broadnax finished second and third place respectively in the division for Shooter of the Year.
Morgan Rives took the top spot in the Women’s Known Pro division for the tournament shooting the TAC 2.75-inch Driver. Rives also finished as runner-up in her division for Shooter of Year.
